Experienced Educator and Author | Inspiring Minds, Strengthening Relationships
Writing is a powerful tool for transformation, and my mission is to use it to reach and inspire a broad audience. My path to becoming an author was paved by a deep academic foundation—including degrees from Embry-Riddle, Air University, and the Community College of the Air Force—and twenty years spent in the classroom. Whether exploring the complexities of engineering or the nuances of psychology and sociology, my goal has always been the same: to create meaningful connections.
Today, I channel that passion into empowering others—helping couples and young adults find their path and bringing joy to children through the Poochville series. With over 24 distinct dog characters, these stories are designed to capture hearts and foster a sense of community.
Above all, my writing is fueled by gratitude. I am a survivor of life-threatening challenges, and I carry the lessons of that "second chance" into every word I write. I am eternally thankful for the skilled hands of my neurosurgeon, Dr. Samuel Barnett, and the ultimate sacrifice of Jesus, which guides my life and work. I believe writing is fantastic for anyone brave enough to try, and I’m honored to share my stories with you.

My most rewarding projects tackle the complex issues we all face on a daily basis. I believe life only remains a challenge until you intentionally redirect your efforts toward a positive approach. We can either watch the world roll by or choose to make a difference; I choose the latter. Time is the one thing we can never get back, which is why I find it imperative to make the most of every hour.
